Our Philosophy

Stalk; the main stem of an herbaceous plant. 

From tiny seed, to strong stalk, to the delicate vegetable that graces our plates as delicious & heart warming food. At Stalk, we aim to deliver this beautiful process of freshly harvested vegetables & fruits to all of our guests. Each of our dishes is designed with care & love.

At Stalk we intend to serve all. From small plates, to vegetarian options, to bold meat entrees & fresh daily seafood.

We hope to see you dining with us soon, whether that be, casually sitting at the bar for a snack & a well crafted cocktail, or cozying up at a table with someone special for a fine dining experience.
